• Dedicated training lead and team of key training stakeholders for planning and deployment of end-user training
  • Each location will be responsible for managing its location specific roll-out strategy, training schedules and course enrollments and will identify the appropriate audiences for each course. Locations are also responsible for the design and delivery of training on their local business processes.
  • Additional resource needs may include:
    • Training Coordinator: Responsible for course scheduling, tracking, lab set-up, deployment of training communication
    • Trainer(s): PeopleSoft and HR, Benefits, or Payroll Training
    • Instructional Designer: For the design of training for local business processes
    • Online Learning Developer: If the location will be delivering local training content over the web
    • Technical Support: For webinars and computer labs
    • UCPath Faculty Mentors: Responsible for working with faculty (may include training, coaching, answering questions, issue resolution)
