Transitional Readiness is an important phase in which UCPath team conducts a thorough analysis in preparation for the transition of a new or modified process into a live environment.
Transitional Readiness activities ensure that the governance mechanisms, financial, management and supporting structures, such as processes and support models, are well planned, implemented, tested and delivered.
Three main objectives of this phase are as follows:
- The UC Path team will develop a transitional readiness so that the departments can be ready to assume ownership over the new processes.
- the department will accept responsibility for operationalizing processes.
- UCPath will lay the foundation for operational excellence to avoid disruptions during start up, ramp up and full operation.
