The regularly scheduled weekend maintenance will be extended for an additional two hours. The UCPath system (including UCPath online) will be unavailable 11:59 p.m. Saturday, February 29, to 8 a.m., Sunday, March 1.
Late last week, UC Davis and UC Davis Health employees began receiving emails informing them that the Final Confirmation of Elections for Plan Year 2020 contained the incorrect rate for the UC Blue & Gold HMO plan.
As the year comes to a close, the UCPath team is encouraging employees to double-check several pieces of information to ensure that they were converted correctly in UCPath.
That includes making sure you are signed up to receive your W-2 electronically in UCPath. The deadline to request an electronic W-2 is January 18, 2020.
If you were signed up for an electronic W-2 in At Your Service Online, your enrollment should have carried over to UCPath. Here’s how you can double-check that you’re signed up to receive your W-2 electronically:
UCPath Online will be unavailable on select dates in November and December during cutover for UC Irvine and UC Santa Cruz. These outages are the first ones UC Davis will experience since our September 27 go-live. These outages will allow the UCPath Center to convert UC Irvine and UC Santa Cruz employee information in to UCPath.
