TAM Security Enhancements
-
Users will have access of jobs based on their department level access along with jobs where they are directly associated or originator of job.
-
Applicant access for users will be based on the jobs users can access i.e. users can access ONLY applicants who have applied to user’s job opening (where user has access).
-
With enhanced applicant security at role level, users can be restricted to access applicants for their own job openings only (i.e. where user is part of hiring team or originator of job opening)
-
ePerformance and TAM Business unit level security is separated now without impacting current state of ePerformance module. ePerformance users will see same data as they see currently in production
-
From a transactional user's point of view - same security provision component/page will be used for multiple BU access to users for TAM and ePerformance both however, technically data is being separated and will be used for respective module.
-
No change in current process at location. Location security admin will provision TAM security to user as they are provisioning currently.
