The goal of the Direct Entry into Manage Human Resources project is to provide an enhanced process for locations to enter new hires for Employees, Contingent Workers, and Concurrent Hires directly into UCPath with a streamlined approval framework.

This Project Will:
- Utilize the new Oracle-provided functionality to improve the user experience
- Review and add validations required to minimize downstream impacts
- Determine any additional audit reporting needs
- Review Payroll lockdown timeline/changes
- Evaluate the schedule for transitioning template functionality to Direct Entry in Manage Human Resources
- What is the project timeline?
- The project kicked off in April 2024 with a targeted go-live in November 2024.

System Testing: July 2024 – September 2024
UAT: September 9, 2024 - November 1, 2024
Cutover Weekend: Nov. 23-24
Go-Live: November 25 2024*
