UCPath Pushing Pause on Student Assistant Transactions

A moratorium is being put on student assistant transactions in UCPath starting Friday, November 1 at 3 p.m. through Tuesday, November 5. That will give the UCPath team time to correct a conversion issue with salary plan/grade for student assistant employee records.

As Open Enrollment approaches it’s a good time to remind employees that updating life events can now be done online in the UCPath employee self-service portal. Unlike the process before UCPath’s launch, updating life events like having a child or getting married can be done in the UCPath self-service portal. Here’s how to do it:

IET Correcting Wrong Phone Numbers in UCPath

The transition to UCPath is less than one month old and has been mostly a smooth process with very few pay impacting errors. However, we have seen other issues that are being corrected. Two separate errors occurred that resulted in several employee’s office phone numbers transferring into UCPath incorrectly.

ePerformance System Coming To UC Davis and UC Davis Health

One of the benefits UCPath will bring to UC Davis and UC Davis Health is that it will connect several versions of different systems, including performance management. UCPath is implementing a system called ePerformance that will be used at several UC locations. That means both UC Davis and UC Davis Health will use this system.
