UCPath Does Not Impact Retirees

UC retirees will not be moved to UCPath when UC Davis goes live with the new system.

Retiree benefits, including pension benefits, will continue to be administered through the Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) for now. The RASC telephone numbers remain unchanged at 800-888-8267 within the U.S. and 510-987-0200 from outside the U.S. on Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Online access to retirement benefits will continue to be through At Your Service Online

At a future date, it is possible that retiree benefits may transition to UCPath, but that is not planned to happen soon. UC Davis employees who retire after the campus goes live on UCPath should be aware that they will receive one W-2 for the period before go-live (while we are still on the current Personnel Payroll System) that can be accessed through At Your Service Online, a second W-2 for the period between go-live and their separation date (while we are on UCPath) that can be accessed through the UCPath Portal, and a 1099-R for any retirement income and retirement plan distributions made to them.
