Beginning August 30, At Your Service Online (AYSO) will be available as a view-only site.
Because of the cutover to UCPath, AYSO will no longer accept updates after August 29 to:
- Personal Information
- Tax Withholdings
- Direct Deposit
Make Changes by August 29
Any changes/updates to your information in AYSO, must be made by Aug. 29, 2019. Otherwise, employees must wait until Sept. 27, when they can begin making changes through the new UCPath Employee Self Service Portal. After Aug. 30, you’ll still be able to review historical information contained in AYSO, such as pay statements and tax documents from pay derived in PPS. If a new employee's period of initial eligibility (PIE) for enrolling in employer-sponsored benefits concludes between August 30 and September 27, they'll need to enroll through AYSO before Aug. 30 or use the UPAY 850 paper form found here. The PIE for new employees will not be extended.
