Going paperless is a few quick clicks away.
Enroll in direct deposit, and consent to receive your W-2 and 1095-C statements electronically.
Sign up before January 1, 2023, to receive your 2022 1095-C electronically and before January 13, 2023, to receive your 2022 W-2 statement electronically. Also, if you’re still getting your paycheck in the mail, this is the perfect time to sign up for direct deposit.
It’s time to go paperless! Here’s how:
In UCPath, select Employee Actions > Income and Taxes. From there, go to the following:
Select the necessary checkboxes, complete the required security checks (direct deposit only), and then follow the enrollment steps. The links above provide detailed instructions, available after you sign into the UCPath Help site.
UCPath will email you when your tax statements are available for download.
