There have some student employee pay issues since UCPath went live at the end of September. We did anticipate some errors with a deployment of this magnitude, and we want to make sure student employees have every resource available to fix any issue quickly. As a result, university leadership has decided that Trailhead, a student employee resource center, will remain open past its initial time frame and it's also moving locations. Below are the new Trailhead hours and location effective Tuesday, November 12:
- New Location: Shared Services Organization Onboarding Center, Memorial Union Room 244.
- New Hours: Monday 9 a.m.-Noon; Tuesday-Friday 1 p.m.-4 p.m.
Trailhead is not designed to resolve all problems immediately; however, it will assist with basic UCPath functionality and serve as a backup resource that can log students’ issues and escalate them appropriately.
Students are still encouraged to go first to their department or service channel to address any pay-related issues. They can also visit the student resource page for navigating UCPath.
