UCPath Online will be unavailable on select dates in November and December during cutover for UC Irvine and UC Santa Cruz. These outages are the first that UC Davis will experience since the September 27 go-live.
The outages allow the UCPath Center to convert employee information for other UC campuses into UCPath. This similar process occurred in September before UCPath went live at UC Davis. Below are the upcoming November and December blackout dates to prepare for the UC Irvine and UC Santa Cruz go-live:
- Saturday, November 23, 11 p.m. through Sunday, November 24, 7 a.m. Please note that this occurs during Open Enrollment.
- Thursday, December 5, 5 p.m. through Monday, December 9, 8 a.m.
- Wednesday, December 18, 5 p.m. through Sunday, December 22, 8 a.m.
While the majority of these outages will take place on weekends, they will impact deadlines associated with UCPath. Please reference the 2019 UCPath Production Processing Schedule for a complete list of deadlines.
Similar outages will occur in February and April to accommodate cutover activities for other UC campuses. These dates will be shared once available.
For IT-related questions, Davis campus employees are encouraged to contact the Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org. UC Davis Health employees should contact TOC at (916) 734-HELP or open a ticket in IT self service.
