  Supervisors and managers can access a variety of information for their direct reports, including home address, emergency contacts, absence balances and compensation history.
• Performance Management
  Managers of non-represented staff, except SMG, or Senior Management Group, conduct performance appraisals using UCPath ePerformance. 
• Talent Acquisition Management
  Hiring managers can perform non-student hiring functions and track the status of recruitments in UCPath using Talent Acquisition Management (TAM).
