UCPath Update, July 2025

Plan Ahead: UCPath Downtime Scheduled for July Go-Live

As part of the upcoming UCPath update going live on July 14, 2025, employees should be aware of planned systemwide downtime beginning at noon Friday, July 11, through 6 a.m. Monday, July 14.

This temporary downtime is necessary to ensure a smooth transition to the new interface.

What this means for you

The downtime will affect both self-service features and form submissions. During the downtime, UCPath will be unavailable to all users, including employees, managers and external applicants. This means you will not be able to:

  • View pay statements
  • Update personal information (e.g., name or address)
  • Enroll or make changes to direct deposit
  • Access or change benefits selections
  • Apply for UC jobs
  • View or manage direct report information

We strongly encourage all employees to complete any essential transactions before the scheduled downtime begins.

eForms will be unavailable at specific times starting July 3

In preparation for the system update, several eForms will go offline in advance of the general UCPath downtime. See below for details.

Your advance planning and flexibility during the scheduled downtime are appreciated. We’re excited to deliver a fresh, mobile-friendly experience for all UC employees.

What’s changing with the UCPath update?

Beginning July 14, 2025, the UCPath portal will feature a refreshed, user-friendly design that makes it easier to navigate and find important employee information. While the update focuses on visual and layout improvements, such as a modern look and streamlined top navigation, users will still access the portal the same way and retain all existing features. This upgrade also sets the stage for more efficient system enhancements in the future.
