Fostering Inclusivity: Gender Recognition and UCPath Updates

As we celebrate Pride Month at UC Davis, which includes all of our locations in Davis, Sacramento, and centers within and outside of California, we have great news to share about the ways the university is supporting gender recognition and inclusivity.
Starting July 15, 2024, new functionality will be enabled in UCPath, and every employee will be asked the next time they log in to select their pronouns, gender identity, and sexual orientation.
You’re highly encouraged to provide this information so the University of California can develop services that accurately reflect the demographic profile of our community. We hope you will also take the time to update your race and ethnicity, veteran status and disability status, as all of this information helps the university better understand our workforce.
